Stacey has completely got me back into and excited about Yoga. Her classes are challenging and calming. I love the special touches like the incense; it makes such a relaxing & calm environment. I come away feeling fully relaxed and like I have stretched out my body.
I highly recommend Stacey, not only is she highly knowledgeable about what she is doing, she also did some research on my condition and changed our 121 session to help me & ensure I was only doing what I could. She explained everything so clear so I knew what position I was doing and how they would benefit me. I felt in very safe hands, and I have never felt so relaxed & grounded as I did after my session with Stacey. Cannot recommend her enough.
I honestly just wanted to say thank you again for this evenings class. Not only just what I needed, it was the release I needed; had a pretty emotional week and the class totally grounded me. When you touched my head in Savasana tears rolled down my cheeks. Wow!
I highly recommend Stacey's Yoga classes; especially as she assists to correct my poses which I haven't had help with at other classes before. Lovely, relaxing atmosphere and I particularly like the chakra work that is implemented into the routines. These extra little touches make these classes really unique & highly enjoyable for me.
A peaceful & tranquil environment. It's a lovely way to end the day. Stacey is so calming, the way she teaches is perfect for all abilities. You are never made to feel uncomfortable if you can't do something. I've never felt more comfortable doing one of Stacey's Yoga classes. It's not about being good at something. It's about being good to yourself.
